This is the moment that a terrified dad conquered his fear of heights by crawling to the edge of a cliff to look down from 100m at the Atlantic ocean crashing below.
The intrepid explorer bursts into laughter with every tiny inch of crawling progress across the precipitous cliffs at Dún Aonghasa on Inis Mór in Galway.
